吃完水煮鱼后的直接后果就是嗓子疼,上火,因为这些食物主湿,易生痰、生热。应该配合菊花茶化解一下,同时在冬季如果常吃水煮鱼,每天至少喝1000毫升的水来缓解一下火气 。
